We are an experienced operator and entrepreneur focused on acquiring, operating & scaling a SMB/mid-market business. Our goal is to continue the business success while finding new ways to grow the business based on our years of sales, marketing, product development and operational experience.
We offer business owners a transition plan that preserves your legacy, employees, customers and community. We are not interested in burning the business culture and relocating everything overseas.
We are an independent sponsor with a network of over 150 lower, mid-market investors from the private equity, family office, and individual investor community. They evaluate potential businesses on a case-by-case basis and are ready to commit capital for the right opportunity.

Adding value is key to growth and the key to adding value is matching our acumen with the business needs, product characteristics, & industry trends. We evaluate each business on a case by case basis to completely understand the business, the product and the customers. Why do customers need this product and why do they buy from this business. This is key to building a growth plan.
Growing the business is a key priority. Determining our how we will add value and drive new revenue will be critical. We are especially good at channel development, new products, new geographic/vertical markets, marketing, etc. This is our strong point and one where we will excel.
It is important that the market is growing, is substantively large or has future trends that will give the market growth tailwinds. An ideal business would be a successful businesses with room to grow in a specialized market that is also growing.
